The co-hosts of ABC’s “The View” are cheering former President Donald Trump’s indictment.
Joy Behar discussed the news of the indictment on Friday as she said, “The twice impeached, one term, once indicted — but who’s counting — former president is reportedly facing more than 30 criminal charges.”
“So, how do we feel about this unprecedented moment in American history?” she asked.
Sunny Hostin chimed in, “I called it.”
She grinned and faced the audience as they applauded. Meanwhile, Ana Navarro declared, “We feel good!”
Hostin elaborated, “I said he would be held criminally responsible because no one is above the law. He would be at the very least charged.”
She pointed out there are also other investigations involving Trump and added, “You can’t commit so many crimes and think that you are above the law, even if you are the president.”

Additionally, she insisted the indictment is “wonderful” because “a president cannot pardon himself from state crimes.”
Hostin also stated she believes Trump has a “pocket pardon somewhere in some safe somewhere” in case he is charged with a federal crime.
“I believe that about him,” she added.
Navarro then thanked the grand jury for their work in the case.
“Donald Trump finally won a popular vote yesterday,” she quipped.
The segment comes after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg confirmed a grand jury voted to indict Trump.
The charges stem from Bragg’s investigation into an alleged hush money payment made to adult film star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 presidential election.
