If Whoopi Goldberg has her way, President Donald Trump’s view would be for outer space.
On Thursday’s episode of “The View,” Goldberg
proposed sending Trump into orbit and leaving him there, per a report by Entertainment Weekly.
Trump met with the crew of the Artemis II Wednesday at the White House.
“You could go up there if they left you up there,” Goldberg said.
The show played a clip of Trump saying he’d “have no trouble making it” into space, and asked officials if “a president is allowed to go up on one of these missions” to space.
“You can drive around on the moon on the rover, but I don’t think you would really qualify because you need a master’s degree in STEM fields,” Goldberg said. “You don’t have any master’s degree.”
“You have to have skills in leadership, teamwork, and communications,” Goldberg added, doubting Trump could realistically be able to travel to the moon.
Joy Behar thinks Trump could take a couple of people with him.
“Take [JD] Vance and that Mike Johnson with you, I hear that Jupiter is lovely this time of year. Maybe Jupiter, because the moon is not that far. Jupiter is further away!” Behar said.
She then made a joke about the president’s hair in space.
“Don’t they have to wear a helmet?” she asked. “That’s going to mess up his hair.”

A White House spokesperson Davis Ingle said via email, “Whoopi Goldberg and ‘Joyless’ Behar are a pair of useful idiots that have no talent. I lose braincells [sic] every single time I have the displeasure of hearing them speak.”
