Alexander Maximovich Knyazhevich was a Russian statesman of Serbian origin who served as Minister of Finance from 1858 to 1862. Knyazhevich pursued a policy of transparency and economic reform while in office, but resigned due to poor health and the effects of and a personal feud with Grand Duke Konstantin Nikolayevich.
