American Airlines was rated High Risk because it scored High Risk across all measured categories, including cancellations, discriminatory philanthropy, employment protection, advocacy bias, funding, and political actions. The company is seen as prioritizing partisan and identity-based initiatives over merit-based business practices, which the report argues undermines free speech, free enterprise, and shareholder interests.
