André Oscar Wallenberg was a Swedish banker, industrialist, naval officer, newspaper tycoon, politician and patriarch of the Wallenberg family. In 1856, Wallenberg founded the Stockholms Enskilda Bank, the predecessor of today's Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken.
