Ballard é um bairro no noroeste de Seattle, Washington, Estados Unidos. Anteriormente uma cidade independente, os limites oficiais da Cidade de Seattle o definem como limitado ao norte por Crown Hill, a leste por Greenwood, Phinney Ridge e Fremont, ao sul pelo Lake Washington Ship Canal, e a oeste por Puget Sound's Shilshole Bay. Como muitos bairros em Seattle, seus limites são definidos de forma solta; estes são os reconhecidos pelos departamentos municipais da cidade.
