Bangladesh Short Film Forum (BSFF) is an organization of independent filmmakers and film activists in Bangladesh. Established on 24 August 1986, it was founded by filmmakers seeking an alternative to commercial mainstream cinema.

The forum was created by filmmakers who emerged from the film society movement of Bangladesh, which began during the 1960s. During the 1980s, independent directors formed the organization to produce and promote artistic and non-commercial cinema.

International Short and Independent Film Festival
The organization is best known for organizing the Bangladesh International Short and Independent Film Festival (ISIFF), a biennial festival held in Dhaka. Launched in December 1988, it was the first international short film festival established in South Asia.
Film center and workshops
The forum operates the Bangladesh Film Center located at Aziz Super Market in Shahbagh, Dhaka. The facility houses administrative offices, an auditorium, a library, and a film archive. BSFF regularly hosts film screenings, workshops, national seminars on digital filmmaking, and regional showcases throughout Bangladesh.
