Overview

Basketball Club Žalgiris, commonly known as BC Žalgiris, is a Lithuanian professional basketball team based in Kaunas, Lithuania. They compete domestically in the Lithuanian Basketball League and internationally in the EuroLeague as a long-term licensed team. Since the 2011–12 season, Žalgiris has played its home games at Žalgiris Arena in the New Town district of Kaunas.
