Boston Beer's overall medium-risk rating stems from its mix of high-risk practices in discriminatory philanthropy and employment protections alongside medium-risk scores in cancellations and advocacy bias. The company shows a pattern of occasionally prioritizing identity-based and political initiatives over merit and core business objectives, which raises concerns about consumer alienation and shareholder impact.
