The Yugoslavian participating broadcaster, Jugoslavenska radiotelevizija (JRT), organized a national final, JRT izbor za pjesmu Evrovizije – Sarajevo '91, to select its entry for the contest. This was the penultimate entry from Yugoslavia in the Eurovision Song Contest.
