Charles Chaplin (30 May 1759 – 28 August 1816) foi um membro do parlamento (MP) inglês. Formado pelo St John's College, Cambridge, Chaplin era cunhado de Lord George Manners-Sutton, que se casou com a única irmã de Chaplin, Diana. Ele foi nomeado alto xerife de Lincolnshire em 1785. Ele foi um dos dois MPs por Lincolnshire de 1802 até sua morte em 1816, aos 57 anos.
