Resumen

Cleaner es el nombre de un proyecto alemán especializado en música electrónica. Anteriormente conocido como Cleen, Myer lanzó varios álbumes en el sello discográfico estadounidense de música industrial Metropolis Records, así como en los sellos Zoth Ommog y Accession Records. Historia Cleen comenzó como un proyecto paralelo de Daniel Myer de Haujobb, quien se unió con el vocalista Thorsten Meier para los primeros lanzamientos, empezando con Designed Memories de 1997. Después del lanzamiento de su segundo álbum, Thorsten Meier se fue para perseguir otros intereses, y Daniel Myer asumió todos los deberes musicales y vocales. Para el tercer lanzamiento, Solaris, Myer cambió el nombre de Cleen a Cleaner. Cleen, Cleaner y Clear Vision a menudo han sido descritos como más orientados al synthpop que Haujobb.
