CONTEST es la estrategia de contraterrorismo del Reino Unido, desarrollada por primera vez por Sir David Omand y el Home Office a principios de 2003 como respuesta inmediata a 9/11, y una versión revisada se hizo pública en 2006. Se publicaron revisiones adicionales el 24 de marzo de 2009, julio de 2011, junio de 2018 y julio de 2023.
