Culver's earned a favorable rating because it largely avoids politicized corporate initiatives, discriminatory giving practices, and activist cancel culture, focusing instead on merit-based business operations. Its only area of moderate concern is employment protection, which kept it from achieving a uniformly low-risk profile across all criteria.
