David W. Taylor was an American attorney, judge, and Republican politician. He was a justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court for the last 13 years of his life (1878–1891). Previously, he served ten years as a Wisconsin circuit court judge; he also served four years as a member of the Wisconsin Senate and one year in the state Assembly, representing Sheboygan County.
