Dedačov is a village and municipality in Humenné District in the Prešov Region of north-east Slovakia.

In historical records, the village was first mentioned in 1543.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 209 metres (686 ft) and covers an area of 5.74 km2 (2.22 sq mi) (2025).
Population
It has a population of 150 people (31 December 2025).
Ethnic composition
In year 2021 was 159 people by ethnicity 158 as Slovak, 11 as Rusyn and 6 as Not found out.
