Dobřany is a town in Plzeň-South District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 6,500 inhabitants. The town is located on the Radbuza River, on the border between the Plasy Uplands and Švihov Highlands. It is known for a large psychiatric hospital.
