Dutch Bros scored well overall because it avoids overt cancel culture and discriminatory giving practices, keeping those categories at lower risk. However, it received medium risk marks for employment protections, advocacy bias, and funding, reflecting some exposure to politically charged corporate activity that keeps it from an entirely clean rating.
