Eden fue un distrito de gobierno local en Cumbria, Inglaterra, con sede en Penrith Town Hall en Penrith. Llevaba el nombre del River Eden, que fluía hacia el norte a través del distrito hacia Carlisle. Su población de 49,777 en el censo de 2001 aumentó a 52,564 en el censo de 2011. Una estimación de 2019 fue de 53,253. En julio de 2021 se anunció que, en abril de 2023, Cumbria se dividiría en dos autoridades unitarias.
