Edward Henry Garnier, Baron Garnier, é um advogado britânico e ex-político do Partido Conservador no Reino Unido. Ex-advogado do jornal The Guardian, Lord Garnier está na ala socialmente liberal de seu partido e foi o Membro do Parlamento (MP) por Harborough em Leicestershire de 1992 até 2017.
