Elizabeth Willis (c.1669-1739) fue una actriz británica de teatro.
Comenzó a aparecer originalmente en Drury Lane en 1696, antes de unirse a la compañía de Thomas Betterton en el Lincoln's Inn Fields Theatre al año siguiente. Durante el resto de su carrera alternó entre los dos teatros patentados y el nuevo Queen's Theatre en el Haymarket. También actuó en las ferias de verano de Londres. Su hija Mary Willis también se convirtió en actriz, y ambas aparecieron juntas, siendo anunciadas como Mrs Willis y Miss Willis respectivamente.
