Equinox earns a Medium Risk rating because it periodically engages in politically driven corporate initiatives that go beyond its core business focus, particularly through advocacy and funding decisions that show high risk. While it performs well on cancellations and discriminatory philanthropy, its weaker employment protection and heavy activism-related scores pull its overall rating to a moderate level of concern.
