About Ernest Noel

Ernest Noel, FGS fue miembro del Parlamento (MP) por el escaño escocés de Dumfries Burghs de 1874 a 1886. Fue presidente de la Artizans, Labourers & General Dwellings Company desde 1880, durante la construcción de un nuevo suburbio para la clase trabajadora en Wood Green que fue nombrado "Noel Park" en su honor.
