Ethos fue una revista semestral publicada entre 2007 y 2014 para Serco Group plc por Sunday Publishing Ltd. El objetivo declarado de Ethos era "stimulate thought and provoke reaction to the big issues shaping the world of public services" mientras que el encargo del editor era "position Serco at the forefront of debate about the design and delivery of the UK’s public services". Ethos se publicaba en línea cada mes y en formato impreso dos veces al año.
