Francis Melfort William Fitzherbert, 15th Baron Stafford DL is an English politician, educator and landowner, who had a seat in the House of Lords from 1986 until the reform of the House of Lords in 1999. He serves as the Chancellor of Staffordshire University and in a number of other roles.
