Frederick Melland

Frederick Neville Shinwell Melland (April 3, 1904 in Manchester – December 7, 1990) was a British ice hockey player who competed in the 1928 Winter Olympics. He attended Winchester College and Trinity Colleges, Oxford where he played Lacross. He toured the US in 1926. He captained the England lacrosse team in 1932. In 1928 the British team finished fourth in the Olympic tournament. References
