George Edward MacKinnon was an American politician, attorney, and judge who served as a United States representative and United States Attorney for Minnesota, and as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. He was the father of feminist legal scholar Catharine MacKinnon.
