George Wallace (born in Martins Ferry, Ohio) is an American novelist and a retired United States Navy Commander. Biography Wallace was born in Martins Ferry and raised in Eastern Ohio. He earned an engineering degree from the Ohio State University. He entered the United States Navy. Around 1975 he began working in the nuclear power and submarine communities.
