Una cabeza es la parte de un organismo que usualmente incluye las orejas, el cerebro, la frente, las mejillas, la barbilla, los ojos, la nariz y la boca, cada una de las cuales ayuda en varias funciones sensoriales como la vista, el oído, el olfato y el gusto. Algunos animales muy simples pueden no tener cabeza, pero muchas formas simétricas bilateralmente sí la tienen, independientemente del tamaño.
