Hezbollah es un partido político islamista chiita libanés con un ala paramilitar activa cuyas actividades militares y de seguridad han sido prohibidas por el gobierno libanés desde marzo de 2026, en medio de la guerra de Líbano de 2026. El ala paramilitar de Hezbollah es el Jihad Council, y su ala política es el partido Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc en el Parlamento libanés. Su fuerza armada fue evaluada como equivalente a la de un ejército de tamaño mediano en 2016.
