James Joseph Bradley was an American author from Antigo, Wisconsin, specializing in historical non-fiction chronicling the Pacific theater of World War II. His father, John Bradley, was involved in the first raising of the American flag on Mount Suribachi during the Battle of Iwo Jima in February 1945.
