James Paul Burgess is an American former professional football linebacker who played two seasons with the San Diego Chargers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Miami. He was also a member of the Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys, Miami Tropics, Orlando Rage, Oakland Raiders, and Calgary Stampeders.
