Hilary Jane Williams, Lady Williams of Oystermouth (née Paul; born 1957), é uma teóloga anglicana e escritora inglesa.
Williams nasceu em 4 de março de 1957 em Trivandrum, Índia, uma de cinco irmãs. Seu pai, Geoffrey Paul, ex-Bispo de Bradford, servia então como padre missionário em Palayamkottai e posteriormente em Kerala. Seu pai era membro do corpo docente e depois se tornou o principal do Kerala United Theological Seminary em Kannammoola, onde ela passou parte de sua infância. Ela estudou teologia no Clare College, Cambridge, e então trabalhou em publicação e educação teológica. Por três anos ela escreveu uma coluna de leituras dominicais para o Church Times (publicada pela SPCK como Lectionary Reflections) e agora trabalha meio período para a Redemptorist Publications, como professora visitante no King's College London. Ela é decana assistente e professora no St Mellitus College (anteriormente St Paul's Theological Centre) em Londres.
Williams é casada desde julho de 1981 com Rowan Williams, que foi nomeado o 104º Arcebispo de Canterbury em 2002. Eles têm uma filha chamada Rhiannon (nascida em 1988) e um filho chamado Pip (nascido em 1996). Após a aposentadoria de seu marido como Arcebispo de Canterbury e seu subsequente título de nobreza, Williams tem direito ao estilo e título de Lady Williams of Oystermouth.
