Jean-Lucien Kwassi Lanyo Savi de Tové is a Togolese politician and civil servant who has served as the fifth president of Togo since 3 May 2025. A member of the Pan-African Patriotic Convergence (CPP), he previously held the post of Minister of Trade, Industry and Handicrafts in the governments of Edem Kodjo and Yawovi Agboyibo from 2005 to 2007.
