Sir John Pratt (1657–1725) fue un juez y político inglés. Fue Lord Chief Justice of England desde el 15 de mayo de 1718 hasta el 2 de marzo de 1725. Fue nombrado como canciller interino del Exchequer el 2 de febrero de 1721 hasta el 3 de abril de 1721.
