Overview
Koregah-e Gharbi Rural District is in the Central District of Khorramabad County, Lorestan province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 45,409 in 9,297 households. There were 50,971 inhabitants in 12,540 households at the following census of 2011. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 42,884 in 11,438 households. The largest of its 60 villages was Deh-e Mohsen, with 5,216 people.
