Lush scores poorly mainly because of its employment practices, which rely on race- and identity-based preferences rather than merit, and because of its high-risk advocacy and funding activities that reflect partisan engagement. These factors outweigh its lower-risk scores in cancellations and philanthropy, leading to an overall high-risk rating.
