Manslaughter es una película de drama pre-Código estadounidense de 1930 dirigida por George Abbott, y protagonizada por Claudette Colbert y Fredric March. Una copia original de la película se conserva en el Archivo de Cine y Televisión de la UCLA. Esta película es un remake sonoro del clásico mudo Manslaughter de 1922 de Cecil B. DeMille. Paramount también lanzó una versión en francés de esta película de 1930 como The Indictment, dirigida por Dimitri Buchowetzki.
