Mary Kay Vyskocil

Mary Kay Vyskocil (born March 22, 1958) is a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and a former United States bankruptcy judge for the same court. President Donald Trump nominated her to the district bench in 2018 and again in 2019, and she was confirmed in 2019. Education Vyskocil earned her undergraduate degree from the Dominican College in Rockland County, New York, where she was the class valedictorian and student government president, and her Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Executive Board. Legal career
