About Needful Things
Needful Things es una novela de terror de 1991 del autor estadounidense Stephen King. La historia se centra en una tienda que vende objetos de colección y antigüedades, administrada por Leland Gaunt, un recién llegado a la ciudad de Castle Rock, Maine, el escenario de muchas historias de King. Gaunt a menudo pide a los clientes que realicen una broma o una acción misteriosa a cambio del artículo que los atrae. Con el tiempo, las muchas acciones y bromas llevan a una creciente agresividad entre los habitantes del pueblo, así como al caos y la muerte. Un protagonista del libro es Alan Pangborn, visto anteriormente en la novela de Stephen King The Dark Half.
