Prince Nicholay Borisovich Shcherbatov, born on 22 January 1868 in Tsarskoe Selo, and died on 29 June 1943 in Starnberg, Bavaria. He was a Russian politician and served as the minister of the Interior from 5 June 1915 to 26 September 1915.
