Noble Corporation earns a Medium Risk rating because it has adopted several race- and identity-based policies and shown a pattern of yielding to political activism in its governance and philanthropy. While its funding practices appear low risk, high-risk marks in advocacy, philanthropy, and employment practices point to an inconsistent commitment to political neutrality.
