Osmanya, conocido en somalí como Far Soomaali y en árabe como al-kitāba al-ʿuthmāniyya, es una escritura alfabética creada para transcribir el idioma somalí. Fue inventada por Osman Yusuf Kenadid, el hijo de Sultan Yusuf Ali Kenadid y hermano de Sultan Ali Yusuf Kenadid del Sultanato de Hobyo. El material escrito en la escritura es 'casi inexistente', por lo que es difícil describir su uso con certeza.
