Paul Martin Simon foi um autor e político americano de Illinois. Ele serviu na Câmara dos Representantes dos Estados Unidos de 1975 a 1985 e no Senado dos Estados Unidos de 1985 a 1997. Membro do Partido Democrata, ele concorreu sem sucesso à nomeação presidencial democrata de 1988.
