O orgulho é uma emoção primária caracterizada por um senso de segurança com a própria identidade, desempenho e/ou realizações. Às vezes é considerado o oposto da vergonha. Dependendo do contexto, o orgulho pode ser visto como uma virtude ou um vício. Tipicamente, o orgulho surge de elogios, autorreflexão independente ou um sentimento realizado de pertencimento.
