Pygmalion Dadakaridis

Pygmalion Dadakaridis is a Greek actor of theatre, film and television. He won the Hellenic Film Academy Iris Award for Best Leading Actor at the 2021 ceremony for his performance in Angelos Frantzis's Eftyhia (2019). On television, he starred as the criminologist Dimitris Lainis in the Cosmote TV mystery series Eteros Ego (2019–2021), a role that made him widely recognisable to Greek audiences, and has appeared in leading roles across several long-running Greek prime-time series. He has also worked as a theatre director, staging and starring in the Greek premiere of Samuel D. Hunter's The Whale in 2024.
