Lumen to shift stock and Qwest notes from NYSE to Nasdaq
Lumen plans to move its common stock and Qwest subsidiary notes from the NYSE to Nasdaq, with trading expected to begin there Oct. 6 under the same ticker symbols. The company says the move aligns its listing with its AI-focused enterprise networking strategy and will not affect operations, finances, reporting obligations, or require action from shareholders.
