Lumen to shift stock and Qwest notes from NYSE to Nasdaq
Lumen Technologies and its subsidiary Qwest are transferring Lumen’s common stock and two Qwest notes from the New York Stock Exchange to Nasdaq, with trading expected to shift after the close on Oct. 5, 2026, and resume on Oct. 6 under the existing ticker symbols LUMN, CTGG and CTHH. CEO Kate Johnson said Nasdaq better reflects Lumen’s strategy to become an enterprise networking company serving AI needs. The company said the change in exchange will not affect its operations, financial condition or reporting obligations, and shareholders need take no action.
