Company respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy is intended to implement the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, for material hosted on or through the Services.

Takedown notice requirements
- ·Physical/electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- ·Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list for multiple works at one online site.
- ·Identification and location of allegedly infringing material, preferably specific URLs, project identifiers, message/file links or other precise information.
- ·Complainant name, mailing address, telephone number and email.
- ·A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, agent or law.
- ·A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and the complainant is the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Upon a sufficiently complete notice, Company may act expeditiously to remove or disable access and may notify the affected user.
Counter-notification
A user who believes material was removed by mistake or misidentification may submit a counter-notice containing: signature; identification/location of removed material; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief in mistake/misidentification; name, address and telephone number; consent to jurisdiction of the applicable U.S. federal district court (or, for persons outside the U.S., an appropriate U.S. judicial district); and agreement to accept service from the original complainant.
If a valid counter-notice is received, Company may forward it to the complainant and restore material after the statutory waiting period unless Company receives notice that the complainant filed an action seeking a court order.
Repeat infringers and misuse
In appropriate circumstances, Company will terminate users determined to be repeat infringers and may restrict accounts associated with serial or abusive infringement. Knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may create liability under the DMCA.
