Installed Application Supplemental Terms

The application is licensed, not sold. Subject to the Terms, Company grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use object-code copies on devices you own or control and as permitted by the applicable app-store usage rules. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive source code, modify, redistribute, rent, lease, lend, sell or sublicense the application except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law or an applicable open-source license.

The application may request access to selected local files/folders, notifications, contacts, calendar, reminders, photos/media library, approximate location, camera, microphone, clipboard, screen capture, execution of local commands and scripts, system automation of other applications, and connected applications. Not every capability is present on every platform: camera, microphone and photo/media access are limited to specific mobile applications, and clipboard, screen capture, local command execution and system automation are available only in the desktop application. Access should occur only after user action or OS permission. Content transmitted to Company servers or model providers becomes Customer Content and is handled under the Terms/Privacy Notice; purely local processing not transmitted to Company is outside Company server-side processing.

You are responsible for permissions to submit or access third-party files/data; recording/privacy consents; avoiding unsupported sensitive data; reviewing AI output/actions; revoking permissions when no longer needed; and maintaining backups before enabling AI-driven file modification/deletion.

If enabled, the application may create, read, modify, rename, move or delete files, invoke connected tools, or perform other actions based on AI instructions. AI can make errors and some workflows may not present a confirmation for every step. You assume responsibility for authorized use, supervision and backups. Company may impose additional confirmations, limits or restricted paths for safety.

The application may periodically check for, download and install updates as permitted by your device/store settings. Some components may be licensed under open-source or third-party licenses, which control to the extent inconsistent with these Supplemental Terms.

For an application obtained through an Apple App Store: these terms are between you and Company, not Apple; Company, not Apple, is responsible for the application and its content, maintenance/support, warranties (if any), product claims and intellectual-property claims, subject to applicable law. Your license is limited to Apple-branded products you own/control as permitted by Apple usage rules. You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a U.S. restricted-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Supplemental Terms and may enforce the Apple-specific provisions after your acceptance. If Company does not provide a custom EULA through App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard EULA will also apply as provided by Apple.

For an application obtained through Google Play, your download, billing, updates and use are also subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies. Google is not responsible for Company’s performance of these Terms or the Services except as separately required by Google’s own terms.

The disclaimers, limitations and indemnity in the Terms apply to installed applications, including data loss/corruption from enabled file actions, connected third-party applications, incidental capture through enabled sensors, and incompatibility with device configurations, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
